How To Make Bob Evans Chicken and Noodles Recipe
A savory and comforting dish made with tender chicken and homemade noodles in a flavorful broth.

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 quarts of water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 stalks of celery, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
Instructions

In a large pot, combine the chicken, water, onion, celery, carrots, salt, pepper, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the pot and let it cool. Shred the chicken and set it aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, eggs, and milk. Mix until a dough forms.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness. Cut the dough into noodle shapes.

Add the noodles to the pot with the vegetables and broth. Simmer for 10-12 minutes or until noodles are cooked through.

Add the shredded chicken back to the pot and warm through.
