Lt. Dan's Lemon Shrimp
20 lrg unpeeled fresh shrimp
1/4 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup fresh crabmeat drained, flaked
1/4 cup dry white vermouth
2 tbl minced fresh parsley
1 1/2 tbl lemon juice
2 x garlic cloves minced
Fresh parsley sprigs for garnish
Lemon wedges for garnish
Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact; set aside.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add shrimp, crabmeat, and next 4
ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 4 to 5 minutes.
Spoon mixture evenly into 4 individual serving dishes, arranging shrimp around
crabmeat. Garnish, if desired.
