How To Make Benihana Hibachi Shrimp Recipe

Juicy and succulent shrimp grilled with vegetables and served hot with fried rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced zucchini
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 2 cups cooked fried rice

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over high heat.

  2. Add vegetable oil and butter to the skillet.

  3. Once the butter is melted, add the shrimp and vegetables to the skillet.

  4. Season with salt and pepper and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.

  5. Add soy sauce and sake and stir-fry for another minute.

  6. Serve hot with fried rice.
